Excellent customer service.
My unit went out Friday Night, I called Sat morning and Wil came out before noon. He was great! He was very informative and took care of our A/C.
We are new customers of Savage Air, having bought a new heat pump from them just over a year ago. We had become thoroughly disgusted with our previous HVAC contractor and their relentless (and I do mean relentless) upselling: The twice-yearly maintenance visits that were part of our service packages were simply an excuse to push dubious and expensive extra services. On the recommendation of a trusted friend, we called Savage Air when our last heat pump went out. Imagine our delight when we met with their professional, low-key, low-pressure representative who listened to what we had to say, evaluated our needs and sold us a heat pump solution exactly suited to our needs. The price was reasonable, the installation went smoothly, and the bi-yearly maintenance visits were thorough, professional, and included absolutely no upsell attempts: Just good, efficient service! We are quite happy with our experience with Savage Air and highly recommend them!
Mike was great! He was on time, friendly, and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike as a service technician at all.
They are always punctual and upfront/ honest. Great company if you need air-conditioning work. Wil was here today and spent a great amount of time helping to diagnose the problem. Didn't try to upsell at all. Just helped to get the problem solved. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail so that we could understand.
Johnny with Savage AC Maintenance did a inspection on our AC unit, Johnny's professionalism showed through. He was very attentive and through he took the time to explain everything regarding the servicing of our system. It's nice to have someone who is both knowledgeable and informative. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and would highly recommend Johnny and Savage AC Maintenance for anyone needing AC Service.

Wil Osborn was terrific. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He was very considerate of my home and explained everything he was going to do before doing it. When he was done with the repair he gave me a mini training on operating my mini split. He was professional in everything he did. I have used Savage Air Conditioning for many years and have never been disappointed in them as a company or the people they employ.
