Thomas was professional and explained EVERYTHING! He even returned to the house afterwards because I called the office with a question! A1 service.
We had issues with a previous AC company that was just giving us the run around and not fixing the issue. Savage sent out Joseph to help us fix our problems. Joseph was an amazing technician. He was helpful, understanding, and kind. He came in asked us what has been happening. We explained all of our issues and the first day he was there diagnosing he was in our home for about 7 hours total. He was doing everything he could to get us cooling. He figured out our issue and told us he would be back out to fix and he did. Joseph went above and beyond to assist us after everything we have been through. He restored my faith in AC techs. Not only was Joseph amazing but so was the entire staff at Savage air. The customer service reps, the supervisors, and the back office team truly care about their customers. I will not be using any other company and do not want any other company servicing my unit. Not once did I feel like they were just throwing parts and bills at us. As a woman I felt safe with them in my home and didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good things about this company and how they treat their customers.
I would give this AC company 100 stars if I could. They are ALWAYS prompt, competent, responsive and just really, really nice people. Call them, I promise you won't regret it.
I have been a customer for over 10 years. Process from placing my order to final completion was great. Technicians were great! Arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. Answered any question I had.
The service for the tune up on my air conditioner was great! Waiting for an inspection on my plumbing system. The technicians were polite and courteous.
My experience with Savage are was excellent. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing AC service.
