We purchased three Daikin air conditioners from Savage 11 years ago. Great install experience. We've had Savage perform the annual service and inspections every year, which is needed to maintain the 15 year warranty coverage.
Machines do break or wear out, and when a blower motor failed this afternoon at 4:30, they had a tech at our house in two hours. Great job troubleshooting, finishing at 7:30, and they'll have the OEM blower motor installed tomorrow. I appreciate Tyree's willingness to work late hours. That's service that's as good as can be. Daikin was a great choice, and we're happy to have chosen Savage as our AC experts.
Tyree came out and was very professional and made sure he explained in detail what was needed to keep our air conditioner in top shape. Would definitely recommend this business
