Savage Air provided excellent service for hvac issues. Everyone we worked with is very friendly and communicative from Stephanie who contacted us early to discuss a change in appointment time to Edith who called after the service was complete. Wil was the technician is who serviced our HVAC system. He was thorough, patient, and communicated throughout the service time. He was patient with all the questions I had and thoroughly inspected our hvac system. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

After I questioned the AC Tune-up I received, Michael, Service Manager, came out and spent over 1 1/2 hours inspecting the unit (3 yr old) and perfecting the tune-up. He was very professional and went so far as to show me and explain the inside of the unit. Excellent customer service and I now have full confidence heading into our hot summer! Good job Michael and Savage AC.
Mike, the technician was at our house within 1/2 hour of our call and had the air conditioning unit up and running within a hour. Total elapse time time from the time we called to getting the air conditioning unit working again was a little over an hour and a half.

AC went out again but Mike came out the same day and got everything fixed. He worked so hard and got it all figured out and went ahead and performed the maintenance on the system too and it was a good thing he did because another part was bad that wouldn't have been found without the maintenance being done and would have caused a major problem. He did a wonderful job and was so thorough and wore booties, laid down plastic and even vacuumed the area. He also worked out the best savings for me too. Great company!
