They answered the phone early in the morning and were able to make an appointment for early afternoon. The technician, Richard, arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner. He was very competent and was able to fix the problem. He was also very courteous and friendly and answered all our questions. We have used Savage Air Conditioning over the years and have always found them to be very honest, fair, reliable, and knowledgeable.
A week later, we had an electric power issue which was resolved, however our other a/c unit stopped working. We called Savage Air, and they sent Richard over to resolve the issue that morning. He was very thorough and quickly corrected the problem. For the second time in one week, we heard him walk into the house and say, "You now have cold air!" That was music to our ears! We are so impressed with this company and will continue to trust them with keeping our a/c units up and running.

Josh came by and took a look at my air conditioning unit since it stopped working. He was able to point out stuff that the company I hired years ago that replaced my air conditioning system did not do a proper job. So having him give me that information was extremely helpful. He's also kind and courteous on time very respectful very knowledgeable and can tell he wants to help. Definitely recommend this company!
One A/C went down during the night. We called first thing and scheduled a visit from Savage that afternoon. Arrived on time, prepared. Within the hour the tech, Michael, had the unit assessed and repaired and it passed the temp checks. It's an older unit and will need to be replaced one of these years, but Savaged did not pressure us to do so now, especially since it is not our nain cooling unit. The service could not have gone better. Nice job.

Josh did a great job, was on time, diligent, and courteous. He took the time to answer questions thoroughly. Same with the lady I spoke to on the phone. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Savage AC! My unit died on a Sunday, 114 temp, they came early on Monday when my regular AC maintenance company said 3 days just to come out to look. When they came to do the job, the Owner came first to look over the old unit, 7am as promised. Savage AC was professional, polite, on time for the preliminary inspection and the 4 man work crew was also on time and worked in 112 heat but were cheerful and polite, I could hear them talking as they worked, they had a happy attitude. The Team Lead explained everything when they were done, he was super knowledgeable and capable. Reasonable cost for unit and labor, I had extra carpentry work needed to replace the platform and water damage to wood due to old unit being 24 yo and very big, the extra work needed was not overpriced. Actually, after finding out about the water damage inside, they could have charged more but did not. I also replaced my return's grate for a very reasonable price, and switched my seasonal maintenance to Savage AC for half the cost of my regular check-up company. My sister recommended Savage AC, they had replaced her big roof units. A friend from her church had recommended Savage AC to her. I'm glad I trusted Savage AC to do my AC job, they are trustworthy and efficient!
