We had the whole system replaced everybody from making a phone call to the office to the team that came out to replace the unit. Everybody was great great communication on time. Returned your calls when you couldn't get a hold of them in a reasonable time very happy.

Shawn was great. There are no pressure tactics - he just tells you if there's a need for extra service & lets you decide. We have used Savage Air Conditioning for about 30 years & would not go with anyone else
Our technician Shawn was fantastic. Showed up two hours early and was done with maintenance, a small repair and estimate for a new unit soon (it wasn't unexpected) in an hour and 15!
