They answered the phone early in the morning and were able to make an appointment for early afternoon. The technician, Richard, arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner. He was very competent and was able to fix the problem. He was also very courteous and friendly and answered all our questions. We have used Savage Air Conditioning over the years and have always found them to be very honest, fair, reliable, and knowledgeable.

A week later, we had an electric power issue which was resolved, however our other a/c unit stopped working. We called Savage Air, and they sent Richard over to resolve the issue that morning. He was very thorough and quickly corrected the problem. For the second time in one week, we heard him walk into the house and say, "You now have cold air!" That was music to our ears! We are so impressed with this company and will continue to trust them with keeping our a/c units up and running.

Savage helped us in a pinch to replace our 21 year old AC units in 2021 and the units have been performing flawlessly since that time. We recently scheduled preventative maintenance through Savage and had a great experience with the tech scheduled to service our home (Michael B.). They arrived on time, serviced the units and cleaned a clog in one of the drain pipes.

Updating on 7/9/25. One unit stopped blowing cold air suddenly. To my pleasant surprise, someone at Savage picked up the phone at 6:30am and were able to service the same day. Initial appt was for 4-6pm. After a few notifications, they were able to get a service tech to the house before 12pm. Service was provided under warranty and the tech (Fransisco Perez) was quick, courteous and professional.

I'll never call another company for our HVAC needs.

One A/C went down during the night. We called first thing and scheduled a visit from Savage that afternoon. Arrived on time, prepared. Within the hour the tech, Michael, had the unit assessed and repaired and it passed the temp checks. It's an older unit and will need to be replaced one of these years, but Savaged did not pressure us to do so now, especially since it is not our nain cooling unit. The service could not have gone better. Nice job.
