Great experience! We has an AC issue on Sat at 5p, called, and scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 9a. Michael was on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had our AC up and running within an hour. Plus, there was no attempt to upsell us.

They answered the phone early in the morning and were able to make an appointment for early afternoon. The technician, Richard, arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner. He was very competent and was able to fix the problem. He was also very courteous and friendly and answered all our questions. We have used Savage Air Conditioning over the years and have always found them to be very honest, fair, reliable, and knowledgeable.

A week later, we had an electric power issue which was resolved, however our other a/c unit stopped working. We called Savage Air, and they sent Richard over to resolve the issue that morning. He was very thorough and quickly corrected the problem. For the second time in one week, we heard him walk into the house and say, "You now have cold air!" That was music to our ears! We are so impressed with this company and will continue to trust them with keeping our a/c units up and running.

Josh came by and took a look at my air conditioning unit since it stopped working. He was able to point out stuff that the company I hired years ago that replaced my air conditioning system did not do a proper job. So having him give me that information was extremely helpful. He's also kind and courteous on time very respectful very knowledgeable and can tell he wants to help. Definitely recommend this company!

One A/C went down during the night. We called first thing and scheduled a visit from Savage that afternoon. Arrived on time, prepared. Within the hour the tech, Michael, had the unit assessed and repaired and it passed the temp checks. It's an older unit and will need to be replaced one of these years, but Savaged did not pressure us to do so now, especially since it is not our nain cooling unit. The service could not have gone better. Nice job.
