We had issues with a previous AC company that was just giving us the run around and not fixing the issue. Savage sent out Joseph to help us fix our problems. Joseph was an amazing technician. He was helpful, understanding, and kind. He came in asked us what has been happening. We explained all of our issues and the first day he was there diagnosing he was in our home for about 7 hours total. He was doing everything he could to get us cooling. He figured out our issue and told us he would be back out to fix and he did. Joseph went above and beyond to assist us after everything we have been through. He restored my faith in AC techs. Not only was Joseph amazing but so was the entire staff at Savage air. The customer service reps, the supervisors, and the back office team truly care about their customers. I will not be using any other company and do not want any other company servicing my unit. Not once did I feel like they were just throwing parts and bills at us. As a woman I felt safe with them in my home and didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good things about this company and how they treat their customers.
I would give this AC company 100 stars if I could. They are ALWAYS prompt, competent, responsive and just really, really nice people. Call them, I promise you won't regret it.
I have been a customer for over 10 years. Process from placing my order to final completion was great. Technicians were great! Arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. Answered any question I had.

Great experience with them. Came out same day, figured out what was actually wrong with our A/C (honest) and took care of it. Tyree was very professional and went above and beyond and inspected ducting and insulation levels for us to rule out other issues. Would highly recommend Savage for AC needs. I always feel comfortable with their techs and feel they give honest and fair quotes for their services. We have been through several AC companies and finally found a keeper.

We are on the service plan with Savage Air Conditioning ( formerly Bruce's Air). The latest monsoon storm blew one of the panels off our roof top air conditioner. I called and within an hour, Tristen came out and repaired our unit. It was included as part of out service agreement so no extra charge. He was fast, efficient and extremely helpful! We could not be happier with the service!
Tristan was very professional. He came and did diagnostics and troubleshooting that the fan was the problem. I trust that when he leaves, he's still here now that it's gonna work fine.
One of the best service company's we've ever worked with!! They were all unbelievable! I'm a very skeptical untrusting person. So every step of the way I thought "oh ya right they'll answer the call from the internet", "oh ya right they'll be here on time", "oh ya right they won't over charge you"….
They proved me wrong every time!! So refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they'll do and more! They called and checked the next day to make sure everything was working good!! Jose was so great! He was outside working in 110° for two hours fixing our air conditioning! Keeping us informed every step of the way. No surprises!! Definitely will call them for help!!
We've been with Savage for awhile now great service reasonable prices A/C technicians always very knowledgeable and friendly.
