Called at 7:30pm on a Friday with an issue about my mini split blowing warm air and they scheduled a tech to respond by 3pm the next day. Josh was knowledgeable and friendly, and effectively diagnosed and solved the problem in under 2hrs. Extremely satisfied customer!
