I had read some good reviews on this company and was having heating issues at one of my rental homes so thought I would give them a chance. Very impressed! Jessie, the technician diagnosed the issue with no problem and took care of it quickly at a fair price. Will use this company moving forward on my home and my rentals.
Called in the morning, someone showed up within a couple of hours... this is the second time i've used them and same good experience both time.
We have had Savage Air maintain our A/C heat pump systems for many years now. It was time to replace one of our units and they did a timely and fantastic job getting it done. The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. Scheduling has never been an issue.
Michael had great customer service and fixed my A/C quickly. He did a great job explaining the issue and the overall experience was solid.
