We are customers of Savage Air Conditioning for 25+ years. Throughout that time, they are consistently easy to talk with, very knowledgeable and good listeners. They nursed our 20+ year old heat pump and air handler along, in summer and winter, until this year when we replaced it with a new high-efficiency unit. We have used Savage Air Conditioning for years for all our A/C and heating needs. This has typically been for maintenance and repair. This year, we replaced both our upstairs and downstairs systems. For such a major undertaking, we critically analyzed several contractors and Savage offered a highly rated brand, they were very professional, and represented the best value for our money. We highly recommend them for all A/C and heating issues or replacement.
Easy scheduling and quick response. Tech provided thorough review of features and options. Installation crew was timely, professional and efficient. Great service and quality of product. We have relied on Savage Air for decades of service and have always been pleased. Management takes personal interest in making sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend!!
