Appointment set up personable and easy. Showed up on time for appointment. Tech was very clear and up front about all stages of the repair and service. No sales pressure to purchase add on gizmos that I've had from other companies.
Really had a great experience with this company. This was our third quote and the estimator noticed things about our situation that no one else had mentioned. We got a fair price, great service techs and things were left in good condition. We had a mini split installed in our master bedroom. Wish we had done it sooner.
