It is never fun when your AC goes out and it's 114 degrees!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SAVAGE Air!! We hv used them for 25+ years and they never disappoint!! We are back up and running after only 6 hours. THEY ARE THE BEST??

An actual person answers the phone and is very kind and helpful. Our maintenance service today revealed that we need to replace our system but the technician, Michael, gave us all of the options. We have used this company in the past and feel they were conservative in their recommendations. So, we are comfortable with what comes next. UPDATE: we had both HVAC units replaced over two days. It took less time than even they thought it would and the systems work beautifully. The technicians were very nice and professional. They left no mess. And the owner came by afterward to check on their work and to help us set up the smart thermostats. Definitely recommend!
They were able to come out same day which is unheard of it seems like during the summer time. Spencer was very thorough, timely, informative and professional.
