Michael was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had the necessary part on hand (a transformer) and replaced it pretty quickly. He performed the repair on my HVAC unit while it was raining, which is just above and beyond. My sister and I have Lupus, so we are very sensitive to the heat. I really appreciate his ability to take care of this on such short notice too

A Truly Honest, Knowledgeable, and Stand-Up Professional

I can't say enough good things about Kyle. He took time out of his busy schedule to help educate me, a former customer now living in another state, about air-conditioning systems, SEER ratings, energy efficiency, and the potential for long-term energy savings. He did all of this knowing he wasn't going to make a penny from me.

That kind of generosity says a lot about a person's character. Kyle is not only incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent when it comes to HVAC systems, but he is also kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help someone make an informed decision. He explained things clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.

In a world where it can sometimes feel like everyone is trying to sell you something, Kyle reminded me that there are still good people who care more about helping others than making a sale. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to share his expertise without expecting anything in return speak volumes about both him and the company he owns.

I would absolutely recommend Kyle to anyone looking for an air-conditioning professional they can trust. When I have the opportunity to work with him again, I would do so without hesitation. Kyle has earned my respect and my recommendation through his character, knowledge, and genuine kindness. If you're looking for someone who knows his business and treats people right, Kyle is the kind of person you want in your corner.

We purchased three Daikin air conditioners from Savage 11 years ago. Great install experience. We've had Savage perform the annual service and inspections every year, which is needed to maintain the 15 year warranty coverage.
Machines do break or wear out, and when a blower motor failed this afternoon at 4:30, they had a tech at our house in two hours. Great job troubleshooting, finishing at 7:30, and they'll have the OEM blower motor installed tomorrow. I appreciate Tyree's willingness to work late hours. That's service that's as good as can be. Daikin was a great choice, and we're happy to have chosen Savage as our AC experts.

I was very impressed with the outstanding service provided by Savage Air Conditioning.

I called them around 4 pm and a technician arrived at my house shortly thereafter.

In addition, Tyree Williams, the tech that was assigned to my account, truly did an outstanding job.

Professional and polite, he took the time to fully explain the process of fixing my system.

I was totally satisfied with the quality of the
service experience. I will always be a customer of Savage and highly recommend this company.
