Your service techs were so very nice. They are very good representatives of the company!
Our AC was acting up and had several different issues which required several follow-ups. Each time Savage AC was quick to respond diagnose the problem and fix it. I have been a long-time customer and appreciate their timely response and integrity of standing behind their work.
Very professional and great to work with. Prices are very reasonable. Dave did a full assessment and provided easy to understand options that made sense. They have worked on our AC units for the last last 10 years.
We were without any air conditioning on Easter
weekend.April 3-4, 2021.I called on a Sat morning and someone answered and scheduled an appointment and A technician named Jackson called
to say he would arrive in 10 mins!
Upon arrival he found 2 wires that had been left
disconnected by a previous big name company's technician who had been here on
March 11 for my annual service maintenance.
That company had been extremely "pushy" in
trying to sell me a new unit for $15,000!
Jackson immediately saw the 2 wires, reconnected them, took a picture for me and we
had a perfectly operating air conditioner!
He then went further and explained the cost
of replacing other things that might be necessary in the future and what to expect!
We are elderly and I'm sure many service people
think they can take advantage of our age, Jackson was just the opposite! Savage has my
business for as long as I'm around and I hope
this review will steer other customers in their
direction!! A heaven sent experience!
