Very pleasant. Check outside unit and went up to attic from garage. Checked all was working correctly and told me everything was OK.

Savage helped us in a pinch to replace our 21 year old AC units in 2021 and the units have been performing flawlessly since that time. We recently scheduled preventative maintenance through Savage and had a great experience with the tech scheduled to service our home (Michael B.). They arrived on time, serviced the units and cleaned a clog in one of the drain pipes.
