Today, Tristen was prompt, friendly, and professional when it came to checking out my AC. He gave my unit a tune up in less than an hour, all while being conscientious of my cat's comfort when it came to loud noises. He was able to explain the break down of services and work with me to find the most cost effective options that contribute to the overall wellbeing and maintanence of my AC unit and plumbing. Reached out to Savage Air regarding my A/C wasn't unit wasn't working. I was told that tech would arrive in 3hrs. The tech arrived in half the time, after explaining the issue the tech Wil was able to solve the issue of my drain pain clogged. Thanx to Savage Air & Wil for getting it done.
