Like everyone else in AZ we got scammed by shady HVAC companies many times. Found Savage Air a few years back when we had an emergency and been using them only ever since. All their techs are super polite, knowledgeable and never try to sell you something you don't need. We just had an emergency on a Friday afternoon and they were able to disptach someone in one hour which is unheard of in the middle of the summer. Don't waste your time call Savage Air first you will not regret it.

We had issues with a previous AC company that was just giving us the run around and not fixing the issue. Savage sent out Joseph to help us fix our problems. Joseph was an amazing technician. He was helpful, understanding, and kind. He came in asked us what has been happening. We explained all of our issues and the first day he was there diagnosing he was in our home for about 7 hours total. He was doing everything he could to get us cooling. He figured out our issue and told us he would be back out to fix and he did. Joseph went above and beyond to assist us after everything we have been through. He restored my faith in AC techs. Not only was Joseph amazing but so was the entire staff at Savage air. The customer service reps, the supervisors, and the back office team truly care about their customers. I will not be using any other company and do not want any other company servicing my unit. Not once did I feel like they were just throwing parts and bills at us. As a woman I felt safe with them in my home and didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of. I can't say enough good things about this company and how they treat their customers.
