We have had such an incredible experience with Savage Air Conditioning, we won't go anywhere else now. We had broken AC in the middle of Arizona summer and they were quick, reliable and extremely knowledgable.

Our AC had stopped working on a Friday and I called another company out to diagnose and fix it. They ended up coming back the following morning to replace the transformer (turned out that wasn't even the issue) and in doing so they fried our motherboard and damaged our unit further. They said there was nothing they could do until Monday, with no explanation.

Thankfully, we found Savage. They had Mike to our house within 2 hours and not only did he fix the last guys mistake, he found the true issue and repaired it. He was extremely friendly and helpful.

7/17 review: yesterday I called Savage for a new issue that just arose; see pic of water on the bottom of my air handler. Mike P came out quickly and I immediately felt confident that he knew was he was doing (he has 40 years of experience!). Turns out there was no issue with the pump but he drained and cleared both drain paths (one from the pump) to remove the obstruction(s). The entire process was handled pretty quickly and he answered my questions. My sample size of dealing with Savage is two (Jose and now Mike P) but both have been great experiences. One of the hardest things to earn—especially from an AC provider—is my trust and so far, they're batting 1000.
From 7/1/26 visit: José came out because my air filter had been partially sucked up into the air handler. I explained the issue and some prior actions his company had taken with that unit. He quickly diagnosed, then fixed the issue. He was friendly and professional, and explained what he did and why. If I owned an AC company, I would want him on my team.
