I was referred to Savage by a coworker. The compressor in my 30 year old unit went and my warranty company wanted to band aide it which was not acceptable to me. So I contacted Savage on a Friday afternoon. By the next Thursday I had a new unit installed. Between the Friday and Thursday, they came out to get all the information and measurements of my home, provided me with a quote and discussed the different options on the quote to help me choose the best one for me.
But it didn't end there. I had a Nest installed when I bought the house and it wasn't working properly after the new unit was installed. They came out three times before Nest admitted there was an issue with the unit. Without Savage, I probably would have been buying a different thermostat, but they were able to track down the problem, even though they did not install the Nest themselves.
I can't say enough about this company and how quickly and efficiently they work. They also seem to be a company that cares about their customers from the first phone call to post-work support (even when it wasn't there problem). You can't go wrong with a company like this.
Very prompt and professional service, quickly identified the issue with our ac unit and was able to fix it cheap and quick! Will definitely be using Savage for all future AC needs.
Savage Air and all of its employees are first rate professionals, on time on budget, and trustworthy. Family owned and family run. It would be hard to find a better contractor.

We are a long time customer of Savage Air Coniditioning. They installed 3 Trane units for us through the years. They also tune up and maintain all the units. We never have any problem with all the units, they function perfectly. The whole team at Savage Air Conditioning is great, the owners Tom and Pat really care for their customers, they treat us like friends. The technicians are excellent. I recommend Savage to all my friends and family.

Had Savage out to diagnose and older AC unit. While some companies would leave you to believe that it was time to get a new AC unit, these guys were honest and let us know that with a thorough cleaning and maintenance, we could get another year or two out of our existing unit. Would HIGHLY recommend Savage to anyonene!

Technician was on time for our appointment, was courteous and polite , and explained everything they did, so we understood. They did not try to upsell us and finished the work quickly. Our AC is running better than ever, thanks a ton!
