Really great tech and service was top notch
yearly checkup excellent work in replacing my old heater/airconditioner.
Savage did the initial installation of five units for us in 2023. We had purchased a service contract at that time. We, however, didn't follow up and subsequently my husband died, and I lost track of that information. I was able to contact Savage was more than helpful with resolving the issue. I did have one more service visit available and they just made it this morning. Michael was great. I would recommend them for any of your air-conditioning needs.

Savage installed our heat pump and air conditioning unit 10 years ago, replaced our thermostat in 2016, and have performed annual maintenance. We heard of them through a referral, and could not be more pleased with their work. They are always professional, on time, courteous, etc. This small family based company is a rarity nowadays. We had a 9 year nightmare with another Phoenix company after they initially installed a new Trane unit incorrectly.
